I am a recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience specialising in delivering outstanding talent across both public and private sectors. In recent years I have concentrated my career on managing recruitment teams. Coaching, training and developing them to ensure a complete understanding of the fundamentals of recruitment best practice.
Managing teams of up to 10 direct reports, with a hands on management style, I adopt my approach to each team member, from new comers through to senior consultants to ensure high performing, quality focused teams. Following my lead, my teams are quality driven, can source talent through various channels, follow strict processes & procedures and are consultative to managers.
During my career I have managed large complex client environments, obtaining an in-depth understanding of my clients’ business, which enables me to develop solutions for their resource management needs. I also build strong talent pools and have placed 100’s on candidates over the years in both contracting and permanent roles.
Through my professional yet friendly manner, I build strong rapport with my team, clients and candidates. I create strong working relationships with open communication, while gaining trust and respect by always having a can-do attitude and delivering on my promises.
