Lead Consultant - Public Sector
I am lucky enough to be in a position which is more than a job. I have found my niche. Recruitment is something that just feels right for me. It meets all my requirements in a job providing satisfaction and motivation. I enjoy engaging at a professional level with people, both client and candidate. From a candidate perspective I relish the opportunity to understand how they have arrived at the point they are. Everyone has points of interest and capability and I like to explore and understand that. This allows me to ensure I am working in the candidates best interests with that understanding in mind. I always try to remind myself what it is like to be on the other side of the table. From a client perspective I like to engage at a strategic business level to understand directions and goals and develop a sense of client resource needs to be able to achieve their goals.
